Schedule / Job Type

• Full-time, 12-hour night shifts, on-site

Key Responsibilities

• Provide patient care for ICU patients, ensuring safety and comfort
• Utilize EPIC computer charting and Pyxis medication administration systems
• Operate ventilators, BiPAP machines, and EV 100s as needed
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to deliver high-quality critical care
• Assist in procedures related to ICU patient management

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 2+ years of Medical, Surgical, and/or ICU experience, with at least 1 year in ICU
• Current Indiana RN license or valid compact license
• BLS and ACLS certifications required
• Experience with ventilators and critical care equipment preferred

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience working in a 12-bed ICU unit with a nurse-to-patient ratio of 1:2 or 1:3
• Familiarity with critical care protocols and equipment
• Ability to adapt to floating within critical care units as needed
