Schedule / Job Type

• Full-time, night shifts (3 pm - 3 am), with potential to float within Critical Care units; rotating shifts of three days per week; critical care department only

Key Responsibilities

• Provide patient care for adult ICU patients, utilizing proper procedures and protocols
• Document patient information using electronic charting systems
• Assist with ventilators, BiPAP, and EV 100s and manage medication administration via Pyxis system
• Monitor and respond to patient needs in a high-acuity environment
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to ensure quality patient outcomes
• Adhere to unit policies, safety guidelines, and infection control protocols

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of Medical, Surgical, or ICU experience, with at least 1 year in an ICU setting
• Current Indiana or compact RN license
• BLS and ACLS certifications
• Ability to work three 12-hour shifts per week on nights

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience with ventilator management and critical care equipment
• Strong documentation skills and familiarity with electronic health records
• Excellent team communication skills
