• Full-time, Day shift, Contract (8 weeks), Immediate start
Key Responsibilities
• Provide direct care to adult patients in a facility offering detox, residential, and partial hospitalization programs
• Monitor patients in a fast-paced environment, ensuring safety and compliance with protocols
• Assist with activity and mobility, maintaining a caring and empathetic approach
• Support with medication and treatment adherence, handling with care as needed
• Document patient observations, behaviors, and progress accurately
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including medical staff, counselors, and social workers
Required Qualifications
• Minimum 1 year of mental health technician (MHT) or behavioral technician experience
• Ability to handle with care and remain calm in high-pressure situations
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and being active on their feet
• Strong interpersonal skills and a dedication to patient care
• Empathy toward patients, especially within addiction treatment settings
Preferred Experience / Skills
• Experience with addiction recovery or substance abuse treatment programs
• Ability to work flexible hours and handle multiple responsibilities effectively

Additional Details
• Scrub colors: navy blue, gray, or dark colors
• No onsite security; surveillance cameras in use
• Ancillary resources available including medical providers and social workers
• OT at 1.5x rate after 40 hours if applicable
• Onsite coverage as needed; schedule includes 7:00 am - 3:30 pm
• Candidates must be comfortable in a voluntary treatment setting with no restraints or injections unless in extreme circumstances
• Prescreen interviews conducted by QA; include candidate interview availability in submission notes
