Registered Nurse - Emergency Room

Night shift, Contract
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide acute emergency nursing care to patients in a fast-paced ER environment
- Monitor and assess patient conditions, administering treatments as prescribed
- Collaborate with medical team to develop and implement patient care plans
- Document patient interactions accurately and thoroughly
- Ensure compliance with hospital protocols and safety standards
Required Qualifications:
- Valid MA RN license (must be current at time of submission)
- BLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCC certifications
- Minimum of 2 years of ER nursing experience
- Ability to pass day-one proficiency test upon orientation
- Willingness to float to additional hospital locations as needed
- Must submit a cover sheet with application
Preferred Experience / Skills:
- Experience working within Boston Healthcare Integrated Local Hospitals (BILH) system within the last 6 months
- Experience with Relias testing and onboarding process
