Key Responsibilities

• Assist licensed occupational therapists in developing and implementing patient treatment plans.
• Provide therapeutic interventions to patients to improve their daily living and motor skills.
• Document patient progress and communicate effectively with the therapy team.
• Support patient safety and comfort during therapy sessions.
• Maintain therapy equipment and ensure a clean, organized treatment environment.

Required Qualifications

• Valid certification or license as an Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA).
• Proven experience assisting in occupational therapy settings.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a rotating schedule.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in outpatient or rehabilitation therapy.
• Knowledge of documentation and electronic health records.
