Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate and treat patients using medically prescribed occupational therapy programs
- Restore and maximize client function following disabilities
- Facilitate activities of daily living to promote independence
- Develop individualized treatment plans aligned with client needs and therapy goals
- Perform duties consistent with skills and training while supporting organizational objectives
Required Qualifications
- Current Occupational Therapist license or certification
- Knowledge of occupational therapy principles and practices
- Ability to assess patient needs and develop effective treatment plans
- Strong communication skills and compassionate patient care
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior experience working with diverse patient populations
- Experience in home health or outpatient therapy settings
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
