Key Responsibilities
• Manage and monitor patients on a telemetry unit focusing on renal and limb preservation.
• Interpret dysrhythmias and manage patient care accordingly.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to coordinate treatment for complex cases, including ESRD, ARF, vascular procedures, CHF, diabetics, and diabetic foot ulcers.
• Provide care for patients receiving hemodialysis and peritoneal dialysis treatments.
• Follow unit-specific protocols and utilize hospital systems such as EPIC and Pyxis to ensure timely and accurate delivery of care.
• Adhere to unit policies regarding call-offs and RTO to maintain staffing integrity.

Required Qualifications
• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Minimum of 2 years nursing experience, including telemetry or med-surg/tele units
• Experience with dysrhythmia interpretation and management
• BCLS certification
• Ability to pass EKG testing prior to start

Preferred Experience / Skills
• ACLS certification
• NIH certification

Candidates must be available for 12-hour night shifts, every-other weekend, and willing to float as needed. Scrubs are not provided; preferred colors are navy or white.
