Key Responsibilities
• Provide patient care in inpatient hospital and rehab settings, ensuring a high standard of clinical excellence.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient treatment plans.
• Document patient progress using electronic health records systems such as Cerner.
• Step in as charge nurse when required, demonstrating leadership and adherence to clinical protocols.
• Maintain proper communication regarding patient care, including timely call-outs and shift handovers.
• Ensure compliance with CPR and ACLS certifications, maintaining readiness for emergency situations.

Required Qualifications
• Valid LVN or LPN license in the state of New Mexico.
• Minimum of 1 year of inpatient hospital or rehab experience.
• Current CPR certification; ACLS certification preferred and required if in a charge nurse role.
• Ability to work Fridays and alternate weekends; RTO must be approved at time of submission.
• Proven patient-centered approach with motivation and a team-oriented attitude.

Preferred Experience / Skills
• Experience in hospital rehab units, particularly with patient stays averaging around two weeks.
• Ability to adapt to fast-paced environments and coordinate effectively with medical teams.
