Key Responsibilities
• Provide speech and language therapy services to students within the Bloom Program at Rogers Elementary School.
• Assess student needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Collaborate with school staff and parents to support student progress.
• Document therapy sessions and maintain accurate records.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to student success initiatives.

Required Qualifications
• Valid New York State School Speech-Language Pathologist license or certification.
• Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist.
• Experience working with children in educational settings preferred.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work within a school environment during daytime hours.

Preferred Experience / Skills
• Prior experience in a school-based therapy setting.
• Knowledge of special education protocols and interventions.
• Ability to adapt therapy techniques to diverse student needs.
