Key Responsibilities
• Assist licensed Physical Therapists in providing patient care in skilled nursing facilities (SNF).
• Support patient rehabilitation by implementing treatment plans and exercises.
• Ensure documentation and reporting of patient progress.
• Maintain compliance with all healthcare regulations and facility policies.
• Assist with equipment setup and patient positioning.

Required Qualifications
• Valid Physical Therapy Assistant license for the state of Washington.
• Covid-19 test results issued within 48 hours prior to start date.
• Ability to pass credentialing and background checks as outlined.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to support a dynamic clinical environment.

Preferred Experience / Skills
• Previous SNF experience preferred.
• Recent graduate candidates are encouraged to apply.
• Basic knowledge of medical and therapeutic procedures.
