Key Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care to residents in long-term care or skilled nursing facilities during night shifts
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
• Observe and document patient conditions in the facility’s EMR system
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to ensure quality patient care
• Maintain compliance with facility policies and safety regulations
• Ensure resident comfort and well-being throughout scheduled shifts

Required Qualifications

• Must hold an active LVN or LPN license in Minnesota
• Current MN SNSA registration required
• Ability to work night shifts and weekends on a rotating basis
• Proficiency with electronic medical records (PCC preferred)

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Previous experience in LTC or SNF settings
• Knowledge of PCC or similar EMR systems
• Strong communication and team collaboration skills

• Local rates apply within 80 miles or when using facility-provided housing (-$8.00 to bill rates)
• No charge differential at facility
• No on-call or callback compensation
• Backouts or quitting with less than 14 days’ notice will incur a fee of $500
• Shifts offered in 8-hour or 12-hour blocks, including weekends and holidays on a rotating basis
