Registered Nurse - Medical Surgical/Tele

Location: Cleveland, OH

Schedule / Job Type: Full-time, 3x12-hour shifts (Rotating shifts: 7pm-7:30am and 7am-7:30pm)

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide professional nursing care to patients on the Medical-Surgical and Telemetry units.
• Monitor patient vitals, manage medication administration, and document patient progress.
• Recognize and respond to patient emergencies in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies, safety standards, and patient care protocols.

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum of 18 months of permanent experience in the Medical-Surgical or Telemetry specialty prior to travel assignments.
• At least 18 months of recent experience in Med-Surg/Tele, including travel experience.
• Valid Ohio or Compact State Registered Nurse license.
• BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications.
• Ability to work at least every other holiday.
• Successful completion of ECG rhythm recognition and safeMedicate assessments during orientation.

Preferred Experience / Skills:

• Experience working in a hospital setting with dynamic patient care needs.
• Ability to adapt to rotating shifts and a fast-paced environment.
