Registered Nurse - Medical Surgical

Columbus, OH
Schedule / Job Type:
Full-time, night shifts (7:00 PM – 7:30 AM, weekends included)
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in a MedSurgical setting
- Flexibly float within units of equivalent or lower acuity as needed
- Ensure patient safety and comfort during assigned shifts
- Collaborate effectively with healthcare team members
- Maintain accurate documentation and follow clinical protocols
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a MedSurgical setting
- Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification
- Proficiency in IV insertion and telemetry monitoring
- Experience with electronic health records systems, preferably EPIC
Preferred Experience / Skills:
- Ability to manage patient ratios of 1:4-5
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Excellent organizational abilities with attention to detail
