Key Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient orthopedic physical therapy services to a diverse patient population.
• Manage a caseload with an expectation of seeing 12-14 patients per day, including double-booking follow-up visits.
• Ensure productivity standards of 60 visits per week are met.
• Collaborate with clinic staff and adhere to clinic policies to deliver high-quality care.
• Work up to 40 hours per week; any overtime must be approved by the director.
• Assist with patient assessments, develop treatment plans, and document progress.

Required Qualifications

• Valid license or eligibility to practice as a Physical Therapist in Georgia.
• Outpatient orthopedic experience preferred.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Willingness to accept new graduates and first-time travelers.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Recent outpatient orthopedic therapy experience.
• Flexibility to float between clinics if needed (although not required for this role).
• Demonstrated ability to manage a busy outpatient caseload effectively.
