Key Responsibilities

• Perform MRI procedures, including contrast and non-contrast imaging, in a hospital setting.
• Operate GE MRI equipment with a focus on breast MRI experience.
• Follow unit policies and safety protocols, including appropriate dress code (black scrubs).
• Assist with patient positioning and ensure image quality for diagnostic purposes.
• Maintain proper documentation and adhere to workflow guidelines within Cerner EMR system.
• Collaborate with radiology team to deliver safe and effective imaging services.

Required Qualifications

• Current MRI Technologist license and registration.
• Minimum of 2 years of MRI experience.
• Ability to perform contrast and non-contrast MRI procedures.
• Strong understanding of safety protocols and patient care standards.
• Certification in MRI technology.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Breast MRI experience is highly preferred.
• Experience with GE MRI equipment.
• Familiarity with hospital policies and rotating weekend/on-call schedules.
