Job Title
- Therapist - Speech Language Pathologist

Schedule / Job Type
- Full-time, Days shift, 8 hours per day, 5 days a week
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate and treat patients with speech, language, and swallowing disorders
- Conduct bedside swallow evaluations and oral motor assessments
- Develop and implement individualized plans of care, including compensatory strategies and diet modifications
- Reassess patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed
- Document patient care in the medical records system accurately
- Address needs of diverse patient age groups, including adolescents, adults, and geriatrics
Required Qualifications
- State licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist
- Minimum of 2-5 years of relevant clinical experience (preferably 5 years)
- BLS certification
- CCC-CLP certification (or equivalent)
- Experience using Meditech documentation system
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Community hospital experience preferred
- Experience with patients recovering from CVA (stroke) and dysarthria
- Skills in discharging planning and patient reassessments
