Key Responsibilities
- Provide patient care for emergency room patients in a fast-paced environment.
- Collaborate with team members to deliver comprehensive emergency services.
- Document assessments, treatments, and patient progress using electronic medical records.
- Ensure compliance with hospital protocols and safety standards.
- Assist with procedures and manage multiple priorities during shifts.
- Support patient and family education and communication.
Required Qualifications
- MA nursing license.
- BLS and ACLS certifications from AHA.
- Minimum of 2 years of ER nursing experience.
- Epic electronic charting experience.
- Experience in a Level 1 trauma center.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior experience in a Level 1 trauma setting.
- Strong assessment and quick decision-making skills.
