Job Title

Schedule / Job Type
- Travel assignment, 13-week duration, rotating shifts
Key Responsibilities
- Provide outpatient dialysis treatments for chronic renal patients
- Float as needed to multiple facilities, including St. Albans and Berlin
- Work 8, 9, 10, or 12-hour shifts based on scheduling needs
- Maintain compliance with safety and treatment protocols
- Ensure accurate documentation of patient care and treatment procedures
- Participate in bi-weekly orientations and complete all required documentation, including employment gaps and facility details
Required Qualifications
- AHA BLS certification
- CCHT certification
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a dialysis technician
- At least 1 year of outpatient dialysis experience
- Recent EPIC EMR experience within the past 2 years
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior travel dialysis experience preferred
- Flexibility with scheduling, including working weekends and holidays
- Reliable transportation, personal or rental vehicle, with all-season or snow tires (November–April)

Additional Information
- Candidates must work at least 2 out of 4 major holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas, Christmas Eve, New Year's Day)
- No block scheduling; shifts may vary Monday through Sunday
- Bi-weekly orientations, next available start date: 11/03
- All employment history, including gaps over 90 days, must be fully explained
- Reliable transportation required, as public transit is limited in the area
