Registered Nurse - Telemetry

Location: Burlington, MA

Schedule / Job Type: Rotating shifts, full-time, contract

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide patient care within the telemetry unit, monitoring cardiovascular status and vital signs.
• Float to various units including ED holds, inpatient holds, PACU, and other boarding units as needed.
• Collaborate with healthcare team to implement patient care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments following established protocols.
• Participate in on-shift assessments and documentation.

Required Qualifications:

• Valid BLS certification from AHA.
• Active ACLS certification from AHA preferred.
• NIHSS certification preferred.
• 1-4 years of telemetry nursing experience; Level 1 trauma experience preferred.
• Minimum of 6 months since last travel assignment in a similar setting (if applicable).

Preferred Experience / Skills:

• Experience working in fast-paced, high-acuity environments.
• Ability to adapt to rotating day/night schedules.
• Strong communication and team collaboration skills.
