• Support equipment and supply organization and maintenance as directed.
• Collaborate effectively with healthcare team members, considering patient gender, age, cultural, and educational needs.
• Contribute to patient care plans ensuring personalized therapy approaches.

Required Qualifications

• Graduation from an AOTA-approved Occupational Therapy Assistant educational program.
• Successful completion of fieldwork requirements.
• Effective communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and creatively.
• Maintains confidentiality regarding personal, hospital, and professional matters.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior work experience in outpatient therapy settings.
• Interest in ongoing professional development.
