Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality nursing care to residents in long-term care or skilled nursing facility settings.
- Administer medications and treatments according to physicians' orders and facility protocols.
- Monitor patient conditions, document health status, and communicate updates to the healthcare team.
- Assist with daily activities and ensure a safe, comfortable environment for residents.
- Comply with all healthcare regulations and facility policies to maintain quality standards.
Required Qualifications
- Valid LVN or LPN license in the state of Nebraska.
- Prior experience in long-term care or skilled nursing facilities preferred.
- Strong patient care and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Basic life support (BLS) certification.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Previous experience in LTC or SNF setting.
- Knowledge of electronic health record (EHR) systems.
- Ability to handle multiple residents and prioritize tasks efficiently.
