- Rotating shifts, Contract, 13-week assignment
Key Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care to residents in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility setting.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure quality patient care.
- Monitor resident health status, administer medications, and document observations.
- Assist with daily activities and support residents’ wellbeing.
- Follow all facility policies and state regulations.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Hawaii LVN or LPN license (or ability to obtain prior to assignment start).
- Experience working in long-term care (LTC) or skilled nursing facilities (SNF).
- Ability to work flexible, rotating 12-hour shifts.
- Current CPR certification.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Previous experience in rural healthcare settings.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
