Days — 15 weeks, 3–12-hour shifts (36 hours weekly), no guarantee of hours

• Provide specialized nursing care in a fast-paced emergency room environment with a 28-bed capacity, including trauma bays, behavioral health rooms, and cardiac monitor rooms.
• Assess, plan, and implement patient care in collaboration with the healthcare team to ensure timely and effective treatment.
• Utilize critical thinking and quick decision-making skills to handle high patient turnover efficiently.
• Document patient information accurately and maintain compliance with hospital protocols.
• Adhere to all safety and emergency procedures to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Maintain current licensure and certifications required for practicing as a registered nurse in Hawaii.
• Ensure compliance with BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications; additional certifications such as Procedural Sedation, TMCC, or EMPC are a plus.
• Apply for Hawaii RN licensure prior to start if not currently licensed in the state.
