Emergency Room Registered Nurse
Job Title
• Registered Nurse - Emergency Room

• Gloucester, MA
Schedule / Job Type
• Full-time, 12-hour night shifts, every other weekend, contract assignment
Key Responsibilities
• Provide high-quality emergency care to patients in a fast-paced ER environment
• Float to Beverly as needed during the assignment
• Follow established protocols and maintain accurate documentation
• Complete a 8-week assignment with guaranteed hours of 72 per biweekly period
• Participate in biweekly orientation sessions
• Adhere to all safety and compliance standards, including vaccination requirements
Required Qualifications
• Valid Massachusetts RN license
• At least 2+ years of telemetry experience
• 1 year of previous travel or temporary ER experience
• Current ACLS and BLS (AHA) certifications
• TNCC certification required
• Passed tele test on first day (study materials provided) — pass/fail; failure may result in assignment termination
• COVID-19 flu vaccination required (declinations not accepted)
• Must have been separated from previous roles for at least 6 months (includes perm, per diem, or contract roles)
Preferred Experience / Skills
• Experience working in diverse ER settings
• Ability to adapt to floating between different hospital sites
• Strong critical thinking and communication skills
