- Nights, Contract, 72 hours guaranteed biweekly
Key Responsibilities
- Provide emergency care to patients in a fast-paced ER environment during night shifts
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement patient treatment plans
- Monitor patient conditions, administer medications, and perform necessary interventions
- Ensure accurate documentation of patient assessments, treatments, and progress
- Adhere to hospital policies, safety protocols, and compliance standards
- Flexibility to float to additional hospital locations as needed
Required Qualifications
- Valid Massachusetts nursing license at the time of submission
- Minimum of 2 years of ER nursing experience
- Must have Charge Nurse experience and be able to take charge during shifts
- BLS, ACLS, PALS, and TNCC certifications
- Ability to pass a day-one pass/fail test at orientation (one attempt only)
- Successful completion of Relias testing during onboarding (up to 2 attempts)
- Willingness to work night shifts
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience working in hospital emergency departments
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing patient care needs
- Prior experience with hospital floating and flexible assignments
