Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive nursing care to adult patients in a Medical Surgical unit.
- Monitor patient conditions and administer treatments following physician orders.
- Document patient progress accurately in electronic health records.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure quality patient outcomes.
- Educate patients and their families on post-discharge care and health management.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Nursys license (GA license preferred).
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Medical Surgical setting.
- Epic EMR system experience.
- Ability to provide a detailed work history with minimal gaps.
- Must include a recent badge-appropriate photo in your profile.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience caring for trauma, neuro, or surgical patients including those with spinal injuries, gunshot wounds, quadriplegia, or paraplegia.
- Strong assessment and critical thinking skills.
- Ability to work effectively in high-acuity environments.
