Key Responsibilities

• Administer physical therapy treatments to patients in a clinical or facility setting
• Develop individualized treatment plans to improve patient mobility and function
• Monitor and document patient progress and adjust therapy plans accordingly
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure comprehensive patient care
• Educate patients and families on therapy techniques and injury prevention
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and safety standards

Required Qualifications

• Valid state license as a Physical Therapist
• Proven experience in physical therapy, preferably in a clinical or long-term care setting
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to assess patient needs and develop appropriate treatment plans

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working in skilled nursing or rehabilitation facilities
• CPR and First Aid certification
• Knowledge of therapy software and electronic health records
