Key Responsibilities
• Assess and evaluate patients to determine physical therapy needs.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans to improve patient mobility and function.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatments accordingly.
• Educate patients and their families on injury prevention and at-home care.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient assessments and treatment progress.

Required Qualifications
• Valid and current license or certification as a Physical Therapist.
• Proven experience in providing physical therapy services.
• Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and therapeutic techniques.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Compassionate and patient-focused approach.

Preferred Experience / Skills
• Experience working with diverse patient populations.
• Knowledge of electronic medical record (EMR) systems.
• Bilingual abilities are a plus.
