Key Responsibilities

• Provide skilled physical therapy services to patients in accordance with treatment plans.
• Assess patient needs and develop individualized therapy programs.
• Monitor and document patient progress and adjust treatments as necessary.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Maintain accurate records and comply with all safety and regulatory standards.
• Educate patients and families on rehabilitation exercises and injury prevention.

Required Qualifications

• Valid state license or certification as a Physical Therapist.
• Proven experience in providing outpatient or clinical physical therapy services preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Flexibility to work 10 hours per shift; schedule may vary.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience with a diverse patient population.
• Knowledge of orthopedic or neurological rehabilitation techniques.
• Proficiency with electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
