• Rotating shifts, full-time, travel assignment
Key Responsibilities
• Provide outpatient dialysis treatments to chronic renal patients at a facility located in Burlington, VT
• Float between multiple locations, including St. Albans and Berlin, as needed
• Work various shift lengths (8, 9, 10, or 12 hours) based on operational needs
• Cover six days per week, including weekends and holidays, with mandatory holiday work for Thanksgiving, Christmas, Christmas Eve, and New Year’s Day
• Ensure adherence to all safety protocols and maintain proper patient care standards throughout each shift
Required Qualifications
• Certified Clinical Hemodialysis Technician (CCHT) and BLS certification from AHA
• Minimum of 2 years of dialysis experience, including at least 1 year of outpatient dialysis experience
• EPIC electronic medical record (EMR) system experience within the past 2 years (non-negotiable)
• Reliable transportation, as public transit is not available in the area; vehicle equipped for winter conditions (November-April)
• Ability to work flexible schedules and float as needed to multiple sites
Preferred Experience / Skills
• Prior travel dialysis experience is highly preferred
• Experience working with ESRD (End Stage Renal Disease) patients in a chronic outpatient setting
