Key Responsibilities
• Provide specialized respiratory care to patients in a hospital setting during overnight shifts.
• Administer and monitor respiratory treatments, including mechanical ventilation and aerosol therapy.
• Assess patient conditions and adjust treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Document patient care activities accurately and timely.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Comply with all safety and healthcare regulations and protocols.

Required Qualifications
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Respiratory Therapist in a specialized setting.
• Valid state license or certification as a Respiratory Care Practitioner (RCP) issued by the Georgia Composite State Board of Medical Examiners.
• Credentialed as a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) through the National Board for Respiratory Care (NBRC).
• Current AHA BLS, ACLS, PALS certifications.
• Must meet state licensing/certification requirements for Georgia.

Preferred Experience / Skills
• Experience working in a hospital environment with a focus on respiratory care.
• Prior experience working night shifts and holiday coverage.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

• Schedule includes working two major holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year's) and one minor holiday (such as the day after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, or New Year's Eve).
