- Full-time, night shift, 36 hours/week
Key Responsibilities
- Provide patient care on medical-surgical floors at a Level I Trauma Center and teaching hospital
- Float to various units, including main hospital and Ashley River Tower, based on staffing needs
- Manage patient needs while adhering to clinical protocols and safety standards
- Document patient information accurately in Electronic Medical Records (EMR) system
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Participate in holiday and weekend rotations as required
Required Qualifications
- Valid South Carolina or Multi-State/Compact RN License
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant RN experience in medical-surgical nursing
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Ability to work night shifts and flexible scheduling
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience in a Level I Trauma Center or teaching hospital setting
- Comfort working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Previous float nurse experience is a plus

Additional Notes
- On-call availability is not required
- Guaranteed hours with minimal cancellations—facility may call off 1 shift every 2 weeks
- Local candidates are accepted on a case-by-case basis with a 10% pay differential
- Hurricane season (June–November) may involve emergency response assignments
