Key Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy services to patients in a clinical or outpatient setting.
• Float between facilities in Cupertino and Palo Alto to support patient care needs.
• Develop individualized treatment plans to improve patient functionality and independence.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care.
• Document patient progress and maintain accurate clinical records.

Required Qualifications

• Valid state Occupational Therapist license.
• Relevant clinical experience in outpatient or hospital settings.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and adapt to varying work environments.
• Basic documentation and electronic health record (EHR) experience.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Previous experience working in multiple facility settings.
• Knowledge of current occupational therapy practices and techniques.
• Bilingual abilities are a plus.
