- Full-time, contract, 13-week assignment, onsite (mids shift)
Key Responsibilities
- Provide skilled nursing care to residents in long-term care or skilled nursing facilities.
- Administer medications and treatments following physician orders.
- Monitor residents’ health status and document observations accurately.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to ensure quality patient care.
- Follow facility policies, procedures, and safety standards.
Required Qualifications
- Active NC LPN license or valid compact license.
- Valid BLS certification.
- Minimum of 1 year of previous Geriatric LPN experience.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience working in LTC or SNF environments.
- Strong communication and patient care skills.
