Job Title

Schedule / Job Type
• Full-time, dayshift, split position with guaranteed 35 hours
Key Responsibilities
• Assess and develop individualized treatment plans for patients
• Implement therapeutic interventions to improve patient function and independence
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to coordinate patient care
• Document patient progress and maintain accurate records
• Provide education and support to patients and their families
Required Qualifications
• Valid Occupational Therapist license or certification
• Previous experience in occupational therapy preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of therapeutic interventions and patient assessment
Preferred Experience / Skills
• Experience working in outpatient or rehabilitation settings
• Familiarity with electronic medical record (EMR) systems
• Bilingual skills a plus
