Key Responsibilities
- Provide skilled nursing care to long-term care and skilled nursing facility residents
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Monitor and document patient conditions and responses to treatments
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to develop and update care plans
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards and facility policies
- Respond to residents’ needs promptly and professionally
Required Qualifications
- Valid and active LPN license for North Carolina or a compact license
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Minimum of 1 year of recent Geriatric LPN experience
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior experience working in LTC or SNF settings
