Key Responsibilities
- Provide specialized nursing care to patients undergoing dialysis treatments.
- Monitor patient vital signs and response to therapy during procedures.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and adjust care plans.
- Educate patients and families on dialysis procedures and post-treatment care.
- Ensure compliance with safety, infection control, and regulatory standards.
- Document patient care activities accurately in medical records.
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in the state of Idaho.
- Experience in dialysis nursing or nephrology preferred.
- Knowledge of dialysis machines and procedures.
- Strong patient assessment and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work within a team.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Previous experience in a hospital or outpatient dialysis center.
- Certifications such as BLS or ACLS.
- Ability to adapt to fast-paced healthcare environments.
