Key Responsibilities

• Assist with a variety of interventional radiology and specialized procedures, including vascular access, embolizations, angiograms, and biopsies.
• Set up and operate fluoroscopy, ultrasound, and other imaging equipment such as x-ray systems (Phillips C-arm, Siemens bi-plane).
• Prepare access sites, maintain sterile fields, and support physicians during procedures.
• Monitor patient condition and equipment functioning throughout procedures.
• Ensure proper documentation and adherence to safety and isolation protocols.
• Maintain equipment, manage supplies, and assist with post-procedure patient care as needed.

Required Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in Interventional Radiology or related specialized procedures.
• State license as a Radiologic Technologist (CRT).
• Relevant certifications such as ACLS, ARRT-R, and Fluoro Permit.
• Knowledge of PACS, fluoroscopy, and ultrasound equipment.
• Ability to collaborate with a team in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• 2+ years of experience in IR or interventional procedures.
• Familiarity with vascular and GI procedures such as embolizations, angioplasties, and catheter placements.
• Proficiency with vascular closure systems and sterile technique.
