Job Title
• Registered Nurse - Oncology

Schedule / Job Type
• Full-time, Day shifts

Key Responsibilities
• Provide oncology nursing care to adult patients in a Magnet & Teaching hospital setting.
• Access and change port dressings, draw labs, and monitor patient condition.
• Float within scope to other Siteman locations as needed.
• Follow infection control and safety protocols, including central line care.
• Document patient care using electronic charting systems.
• Adhere to staffing ratios and organization policies to ensure quality patient care.

Required Qualifications
• Active RN license.
• Minimum of 2 years of related nursing experience.
• BLS certification required.
• Central Line certification required.
• Ability to work within 75 miles of St. Louis, MO.
• Willingness to work day shifts, with flexible float capabilities if needed.

Preferred Experience / Skills
• Prior oncology nursing experience is preferred but not required.
• Experience with port access, dressing changes, and drawing labs.

• No overnight shifts required, and guaranteed hours per week.
• RTO restrictions: no more than 7 days off in a 13-week contract; punctuality and attendance are essential.
