Key Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care to diverse, high-acuity patients in a home health setting during day shifts (08:00-16:30).
• Perform clinical duties including phlebotomy, port access, wound care, ventilator management, cardiac monitoring, and medication administration.
• Complete assessments, develop care plans, and document patient progress using EPIC or other electronic systems.
• Participate in every 4th weekend rotation, working both Saturday and Sunday with scheduled days off around weekends.
• Fulfill on-call responsibilities up to five nights per month, with guaranteed hours and adherence to schedule.
• Maintain compliance with all home health regulations and carry out treatments for complex conditions such as infusion therapy, wound management, and cardiac monitoring.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 1–2 years of home health experience or equivalent in MS or acute care settings.
• Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in Missouri.
• BLS certification.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation, with mileage reimbursed at $0.55 per mile.
• Ability to manage high-acuity patients with limited resources and perform specialized procedures.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Proficiency with wound vacs, wound care, and advanced cardiac devices (e.g., CADD pumps, telemetry).
• Experience working with diverse populations and managing complex medical conditions.
• Strong assessment, documentation, and patient education skills.
