Key Responsibilities
- Provide specialized nursing care to critically ill patients in the ICU setting.
- Monitor patients’ vital signs and clinical status continuously.
- Administer medications, treatments, and interventions as prescribed.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans.
- Document patient care accurately and maintain detailed medical records.
- Assist with transplant patients and manage complex liver care cases.
Required Qualifications
- Active and valid Registered Nurse license.
- ICU nursing experience is required.
- Transplant care experience highly preferred.
- Strong patient assessment and critical thinking skills.
- Ability to work rotating shifts, including nights and weekends.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Previous experience in comprehensive liver care.
- Knowledge of transplant protocols and post-operative care.
- Bilingual skills are a plus.
