Behavior Analyst Therapist
Job Title

• Full-time, in-person, 35 hours per week, school year 2025-2026
Key Responsibilities
• Foster an environment of respect and inclusion for students in grades K-3.
• Develop and support the implementation of behavior analytic and naturalistic/discrete skill acquisition programs along with behavior reduction plans.
• Collaborate with classroom teachers to create classroom-wide management systems and identify effective accommodations to meet individual student needs.
• Model precise and expressive language use to communicate expectations, directions, and content effectively with students.
• Use questioning, prompts, and discussion to challenge students cognitively, promote high-level thinking, and encourage metacognition.
• Design engaging learning tasks that require complex thinking, including appropriate scaffolding to support student success.
• Utilize formative and summative assessments to inform instruction, monitor progress, provide feedback, and promote self-monitoring among students.
• Maintain ongoing collaboration with teachers and related service providers to support student development.
Required Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
• Massachusetts licensure as a Teacher of Students with Moderate or Severe Disabilities (preferred).
Preferred Experience / Skills
• Experience as a Special Education Teacher and/or BCBA, preferably within a diverse public school setting.
• Competency with technology tools such as Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and Zoom.
• Strong work ethic, eagerness to improve, and a dedicated commitment to supporting all students’ learning and development.
