Key Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to patients in outpatient clinics.
• Complete required documentation and work with external agencies as needed.
• Support patient care by setting up and utilizing necessary equipment.
• Collaborate with clinic staff to deliver quality rehabilitative care.
• Maintain timely communication and documentation for billing and compliance.

Required Qualifications

• Active state license as a Physical Therapist.
• Experience in setting up and delivering outpatient therapy.
• Ability to complete required documentation accurately.
• Must be able to start by the end of August or in July (for early contract option).
• Credentialing requirements fulfilled via contract QA process.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior outpatient therapy experience.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced clinic environment.
• Familiarity with documentation processes related to physical therapy.
