Key Responsibilities
• Provide physical therapy evaluations and treatments to patients.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Document patient progress and treatment outcomes accurately.
• Collaborate with a healthcare team to ensure optimal patient care.
• Ensure compliance with all licensing and documentation requirements.
Required Qualifications
• Active state license as a Physical Therapist.
• Experience in outpatient therapy settings.
• Ability to complete necessary documentation independently.
• Credentialing through required processes prior to start.
• Equipment will be provided during interview.
Preferred Experience / Skills
• Prior experience working in outpatient clinics or similar environments.
• Ability to start promptly, preferably in July, with a 26-week commitment.
• Comfortable working with an average of 17–18 patients per day.
