Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for interventional radiology procedures within the Angiography/IR unit.
• Assist with procedures such as Permcath, Port Placement, Thrombectomy, Atherectomy, TVAR, TIPS, EVAR, PE, Stroke, and Trauma.
• Operate and troubleshoot advanced imaging and procedural equipment, including IVUS, Shockwave, Angio Jet, and Jet Stream systems.
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies, safety protocols, and documentation standards using the EPIC Cupid system.
• Collaborate with nursing staff, physicians, and other team members to deliver high-quality care.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as an IR or Special Procedures technologist.
• Experience in critical care settings, including ICU or Emergency Room, is preferred.
• Current certifications: ACLS and BLS.
• Demonstrated proficiency with interventional radiology and vascular procedures.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Knowledge of stroke and trauma care protocols.
• Experience with high-acuity patient populations.
• Familiarity with advanced imaging technology and interventional devices.
