Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality emergency nursing care to patients in a fast-paced ER environment.
- Assess patient conditions, develop and implement care plans, and monitor patient progress.
- Collaborate with medical staff to ensure effective treatment and patient safety.
- Document patient interactions and treatments accurately and thoroughly.
- Respond quickly to emergency situations and stabilize critically ill or injured patients.
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license for the state of Tennessee.
- Minimum of 2 years of ER nursing experience.
- Ability to work night shifts and adapt to a dynamic clinical setting.
- Strong assessment, communication, and critical thinking skills.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Previous travel nursing experience in emergency care.
- BLS and ACLS certifications.
- Familiarity with hospital-based electronic medical records systems.
