Job Title
• Registered Nurse - Emergency Room

Schedule / Job Type
• Full-time, night shift, travel assignment

Key Responsibilities
• Provide direct patient care in the Emergency Department, following hospital protocols and standards.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor patient vital signs and respond to emergency situations promptly.
• Document patient assessments, interventions, and progress using Meditech documentation system.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members, including unit secretaries, to ensure efficient patient flow.
• Participate in scheduled weekend shifts and float as needed to other ER sites.

Required Qualifications
• Active and current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications.
• Minimum of 2 years of emergency department nursing experience.
• Ability to perform standard ER procedures.
• Must hold TN-specific certifications such as TNCC and ENPC (preferred).
• Successful completion of hospital-specific patient experience expectations.

Preferred Experience / Skills
• Experience with newer equipment such as GE monitors and ultrasound technology.
• Knowledge of Meditech documentation system.
• Ability to adapt to flexible staffing schedules.
• Strong clinical skills in emergency care and patient management.
