Key Responsibilities
- Provide supportive physical therapy assistance to patients under the supervision of licensed therapists.
- Assist with patient assessments and help deliver treatment plans.
- Ensure therapy equipment and treatment areas are well-maintained and ready for use.
- Document patient progress and communicate findings to supervising therapists.
- Support patient education and ensure compliance with all safety protocols.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Physical Therapy Assistant license or certification.
- Proven clinical experience in physical therapy settings.
- Strong communication and patient care skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Basic knowledge of therapy equipment and treatment procedures.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior experience working in outpatient or rehabilitation centers.
- Bilingual abilities are a plus.
