Schedule / Job Type:
Full-time, Evening shift (8 hours), 5x8-hour days, 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM, including every other weekend

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care to adolescents and adults with mental health diagnoses and co-morbidities such as addiction.
• Administer medications via various routes including PO, IM, IV, and others.
• Monitor patient conditions, including blood glucose levels and wound care, and implement appropriate interventions.
• Follow seclusion and physical hold protocols, ensuring patient and staff safety.
• Document patient care accurately in the MediTech system and communicate effectively using SBAR.
• Assist with procedures such as CPAP management, Foley care, and other specialized interventions.

Required Qualifications:

• Valid RN license.
• BLS certification.
• Minimum of 1.5 years of behavioral health nursing experience.
• Experience with mental health conditions including anxiety, bipolar disorder, depression, psychosis, schizophrenia-spectrum disorders, substance use, and trauma-related disorders.
• Ability to perform medication administration and follow seclusion and safety protocols.

Preferred Experience / Skills:

• Prior experience with first-time travelers accepted.
• Knowledge of wound care, CPAP, Foley management, and diabetic care.
• CPI certification (or willingness to be trained).
