Key Responsibilities
• Perform CT scan procedures using prescribed techniques to obtain high-quality diagnostic images.
• Review requisitions for completeness, verifying patient details, diagnosis, and requested exams.
• Adjust equipment and select technical factors to ensure proper radiographic exposure and image quality.
• Use standard positioning techniques and select appropriate protocols for each scan, ensuring optimal density and contrast.
• Conduct scans of various body regions, including abdomen, pelvis, head/neck, chest, spine, and brain perfusion.
• Complete examinations efficiently, order IV and oral contrast, and document procedures accurately in relevant systems.

Required Qualifications
• Valid MD license to perform CT procedures (must be in hand prior to start).
• Minimum of 2 years of experience performing CT scans; a 1st-time traveler with relevant experience will be considered.
• Certified in BLS, AART, and AART advanced certifications.
• Experience with GE and Siemens CT scanners.
• Knowledge of contrast administration and documentation protocols.

Preferred Experience / Skills
• Experience performing aspirations/biopsies, colography, CT arthrography, drainage, myelography, transplant studies, or PET/CT is highly desirable.
